It seems normal. I had a MR on a mixed UA/CO flights with CO the first carrier. It seems that 1 leg was always missing at any given time. I called UA twice. They added the missing one back to website, then another leg disappeared again sometime later. CO said that everything was OK. The itinerary was cancelled due to Irene, don't know if there's a surprises.
