I've stayed at the CP across the street. The HI looks like a concrete nightmare. Are the rooms decent? As for the 39 GBP upcharge, that seems somewhat steep. The most I've ever been offered for access to a IC club lounge was 30 Euros per night (and there's usually some decent food and drink inside). I guess it's good for them to offer this option to its guests. We'll have to see how much demand there is for it.
