I am sure the CP Heythrop Park - Oxford was the first CP resort in the UK, and I've stayed there for few times already - the Resort word is clearly displayed at the entrance. Not sure why CP Colchester - Five Lakes also call themselves the FIRST CP RESORT in the UK.
