I completely disagree. I spend a week per year here and it is IMO the worst HI in the UK (and I hAve stayed in many). Even if they paid 40 quid for me to stay here I wouldn't (my stays are one week in APR when I don't get to choose my hotel). Rude incompetent staff on the whole, and rooms not much bigger than my suitcase.
