Haha. Flight from GLA-PHL has been cancelled on 16May. US Airways options were either an additional charge of £50 pp to re-route me via Manchester on Flybe or cancellation with a full refund. the extra charge apparently is because the have no interlining agreements with UK airlines.
Guess what option I chose? Do they honestly expect people to pay £50 for the privilege of flying on a connecting flight rather than the direct flight they had already booked? Great customer service!
Anyway, now booked flights on BA to FLorida without the PHL stopover and saved about £100 pp so I'm more than happy.
