I'd love to know if you turned up at AA with two single strollers (each under 20lbs) whether they'd have an issue, i agree it should be 20lbs a child because as already noted double buggies are rarely less than that and on the uk double buggy front, maclaren's twin triumph is definately one of the lightest!
