I consider this discriminatory. We have anti-discriminatory laws, but they work both ways. Like doing minority orders first is exactly the same as doing majority orders first. It applies to gender too. It's not okay to discriminate against someone because he is a male. That's no different form discriminating just because someone is female.

Our culture does emphasize "ladies first" which is something I do too. Like opening doors for a woman or letting a woman order first. But that was my choice to make. It should not be imposed.
