Exactly, you wouldn't pay $36,000 roundtrip per person out of your pocket so that point is sort of moot. Anyway, you admitted that you travelled way too often. The point was that AE is a borderline fraud for *occassional* travelers. If you're a typical vacation traveler with 1 or 2 flights per year, you likely wont accumulate enough to claim an F ticket anyway.
