According to this page, luggage storage facilities are located "between Gate 4-5 or 10-11 of the departure hall in T1 or between gate 6-7of the arrival hall in T1. You can also find it near Island A and Island M of departure hall in T2 or besides the exit of arrival hall in T2."

Does anyone know if one can use a credit card for this? I have a five hour layover and am thinking of storing my luggage and taking a joyride on the maglev. Can I do all of this with no cash, just credit card?

(BTW, I arrive into PVG T1 and leave from T2, if that makes a difference.)
