@tartempion: T2 at FRA is not that crowded.

Well, that was the only + point for T2 at FRA.
We drove into FRA coming from a hotel in Taunus, finding the parking lot beneath T2 was the easy part, from there on it was a nightmare to find EY check in counter, no singace whatsoever.

TSA was very bad also, I had bought an electric toaster/grill and was advised to carry on with it, warned for TSA check however. And indeed I was taken apart to a special room where the box was opened in a very unfriendly way, checked in some machine and given back in a style " help yourself and get out of here", I had to insists asking to close the box they so neatly opened with a knife, I have met nicer people during my travellings.

BRU and BKK are heaven in comparison.

I used to fly/out of FRA many times during my working years (1980-2000), T1 was not that bad in those days....before there was a T2....
