No mention of a 'book the chef', but they do offer a variety of meals for those with special dietary requirements, mainly for health and religious concerns (and probably many of the options are only available ex-ICN): I didn't notice Lobster Thermidor on the list but if it is a religious requirement for you, perhaps you could 'get lucky'
