What's confusing? Talking about "poor people" like they are a subhuman underclass and bragging about being a shiftless layabout who wastes his parent's money is pretty much the height of tackiness. If it's tongue in cheek and meant to lampoon this sort of disgusting tacky parvenue then fine, but if it's meant in earnest then for shame.
