I have never flown in Y since I've been a CO Gold Elite. Every flight has been upgraded (why anyone buys a F ticket on this airline is beyond me). I also got four or five nice drinks coupons which I will never need since I always get upgraded! All the other benefits are incidental, since I always get upgraded(!).
