Actually when I said " galley'" I didn't mean a FA ( we have never had one on board with us)... the pilot and/or co-pilot always acted as the " hosts" and the galley was the area of where the food was stored and was always self serviced. They just knew what we liked and had it stocked before we got on board via their catering services ( liquor and snacks, etc)
I probably would feel uncomfortable too having a FA hovering all over us.
Ahh, they have flow a few where a FA was provided, he and his dad once booked their 'normal' plane, i think a Citation X? which normally does not have attendants, and Netjets was repositioning a few planes and so they ended up with a BBJ (private 737 for those who dont know) which came with 3 attendants for 2 passengers....
