People that can afford ( I was a guest) such service are not really going to care about saving a few dollars Delta private vs. Netjets. From my experiences Netjets was fantastic ( I have written a trip report or two) and the service incredibly personal. They knew our little quirks and galley requests in advance just from being repeat customers and it is as if they are there only to serve you 24/7. My guess is that Delta Private does not offer that level of consistent personalized service when it is just a charter and not fractional ownership like Netjets.
Thanks for the insight, ill mention this to them, they are somewhat indifferent on their view of the FAs. They tend not to want any when its just a couple of them flying, its a bit awkward having someone else there they say. I get the feeling that with DL if they had any requests for things to be stocked on the planes they would do it, but its a good point to bring up.
As for all the cost posts...i agree, id never want to spend $50k to fly to NYC, id rather buy a car...or pay off student loans.....(but on the flip side im hoping if they do get it, ill get one of the free DMs and ride on that for years hehe)
