I wouldn't chance it...Taxiing in from the runway can sometimes take ten minutes leaving 50 minutes to deboard, walk to immigration, clear immigration, collect a bag if you have one, clear customs (hope you don't get stopped), walk to the domestic terminal 5 minute walk, get a boarding pass (if you don't have one)/recheck bag, clear security and then walk to the gate.
