For that flying pattern you can expect priority check-in, boarding and security line access. And a 50% bonus on RDMs. You get the baggage allowance and a chance at free upgrades on your flights though I would not expect a particularly high clearance rate. Slightly reduced fees on some award-related and SDC/standby activities.
No lounge access at those airports and not much else to speak of.
Note that the 50% RDM bonus will apply only after the new Mileage Plus program goes into effect, sometime around March 2012. Until then, I believe you'll continute to get a 100% RDM bonus.
