customer service on Chinese airlines vs. Asian airlines
First off, all the Asian airlines I've flown have had stellar service and excellent cabins. I've never flown on a Chinese bird though.

Would you say Chinese (mainland) airlines can be called Asian airlines in context of the stellar offerings from CX or SQ? How bad does it get?
