Anyone who's using a camera built into a mobile phone clearly doesn't understand the instruction to turn the phone to flight safe mode and then switch it off - or thinks themselves above such an instruction. So this one guy knows more about this issue than the CAA, FAA, Boeing, Airbus, IATA, etc?
So to be clear, in your view it is semi-ok to ignore cabin crew instruction to turn off ALL electronic devices (see your comments re use of "stand alone cameras")?

Since when do Boeing, Airbus and IATA recommend restrictions on use of mobiles after landing? If so, Cathay, AA, CO/UA, Delta and many others would be in breach of such a recommendation...
