Stayed here for 2 nights last week. Platinum upgrade was to a Siray Bay suite which I was very happy with. Minor niggles were that the wired internet didn't work and the downstairs lights kept tripping the fusebox and needed resetting by an engineer, but otherwise a very pleasant stay.
