Thanks tuapekastar. As I fly a fair bit anything new has that novelty factor the first time. As noted above I would, given the opportunity, take this service again.

Although the 318 service is a nice experience it pales in comparison to the rocket in terms of desirability. I think if I still had a choice of SSR and a domestic connection or a direct flight I would go Concorde. The same can't be said for the 318 service but if the connection wasn't too painful I would do this again.
