According of BCT Map:

Route 1 Northbound/Southbound

Once you transferred from route 1 to route 40.

You have to pay all-day fare is $4.00. If you want to catch the BCT bus at RAC near entire terminal 1 upper level.

Look for Northbound Bus to Central Terminal.
