For the purposes of bag fees, the marketing or codeshare flight number does not matter. Only the operating carrier matters. If you are flying on AS metal, you will be subject to AS' baggage fees. Your QF or OneWorld status does not apply for any AS-operated flights.

Hopefully you are travelling Nov 15 - Jan 15 where evidently 2 bags are free for everyone as noted above.
