No FA likes the M9K mod. While it's great to be in F (and I was this Saturday for DTW - DCA (as an FO on a T fare nonetheless)), it is really horrible to be in Y. You can't even stretch and hang out in the galley since there isn't one anymore. Nor is there a place for the FA to hang out in Y other than in front of door 2L. The jump seat in the rear of the plane is right between the two lavs, so the FA would be in the way of anyone who needs to use the toilets. So, I totally see their point.
