I have been to some ES's that only handed out 1 or 2 "drink coupons" and once those were gone you had to pay for alcohol.

I agree with some others here - start charging a buck or two for drinks and use the money to improve the food quality. I'm getting really tired of the big steaming cauldron of "queso" that the Embassy Atlanta Galleria puts out on almost a nightly basis. That stuff looks like watery dog food. Sort of tastes like it too.
