However a trace of the phone number suggests that the offer is part of a travel club sales scam:

Wondering if any of our Southwest friends can provide a link to the fraud or department, as I'm sure the legal department would not be too happy with the use of Southwest's trademarked images and name to promote this scam.
Thanks for making us aware of the spam mail you received, and I'm sorry for any confusion. We'll pass along the info. Just to clarify, the only correspondence that we send Customers are those specific to travel (like travel itineraries) or incentives through our Rapid Rewards Program.
