Verdict:

Excellent flights and although they were GBP 500 or so more than I would normally pay I felt that it was worth it in this instance because I was buying at such short notice.

BA seems to have improved the catering in CW and although I am normally satisfied with the BA meals in this instance I was really quite happy.

The CW seat is always excellent, and it was a treat to get back on the UD, where I had not been for over a year.
