My husband has 3million miles on American. He has obviously been extremely loyal, even when his employers did not use Aa as their preferred carrier. He would still work out ways to fly American. Unfortunately, after multiple problems with customer service, after a very big problem last night, he told me he has had enough, and wants to change airline programs. Which would you suggest?
Right now, he is based in Dallas. He travels extensively to NYC, DC, Seattle and CA. We love to use our miles to travel to Europe, and we are a family of five, so it takes a lot of miles. We are also members of Marriott Rewards. I hope this helps out with any advice you can offer. It makes me very disappointed to have to leave AA. We have always been so loyal, but enough is enough.
