Sometimes I think the promotions vary - but many of the mainline ones are similar. I am only seeing this from the perspective f a US resident, however, so the memory is only dimly recollecting posts conveying upset because of peoples' exclusion from a certain promo (or more often, credit card and points earning opportunity).
