I agree with the posters. Avoid BOM Terminal Transfers at all costs - I just did one a few weeks back and it took 1:15 for a 10 min drive. The coach moves very slowly and waits for passengers at different terminals - AI/KF terminal, 9W terminal, etc to fill up all seats, it takes a LONG detour around the perimeter of the airport on a very narrow road with a speed limit of 30 kmph and then (can you believe it?) exits the airport boundaries near the international terminal to join the traffic at the drive way outside the terminal !!!
