I can understand how this incident was upsetting and left a bad taste in your mouth. That said, not only do I want pilots well rested (it makes for safer travel!), but believe they deserve to be able to sleep undisturbed.

Indeed if I was in row 1 (or even two depending on how loud you guys were talking) I would be a very unhappy passenger, let alone pilot!

You should not be in the galley and if you are you should be whispering as people (crew and passengers alike) are trying to sleep.

The guy apologised. Accept you're side in the incident and move on.
