Not sure if I will stay at GHNYC next time. I think I might just suck it up and stay at the Andaz around the the corner. I found the service to be a bit poor this time. For example, on our second and third night, there was NO HOUSEKEEPING. Seriously, no one came in and tidied the room or replace the towels.

I didn't want to make a fuss about it to the management, but I was appalled. I have no idea why our room was skipped.

will stay for a week from Nov 24 on and was hoping to get the new Grand club. They even have an outside seating in the new Grand club, and hopefully food quality will get a little better.
