What was a surprise is that the lounge will be on the 16th floor instead of the 31st floor. What is in store for the 31st floor...I don't know.

Not sure if I will stay at GHNYC next time. I think I might just suck it up and stay at the Andaz around the the corner. I found the service to be a bit poor this time. For example, on our second and third night, there was NO HOUSEKEEPING. Seriously, no one came in and tidied the room or replace the towels.

I didn't want to make a fuss about it to the management, but I was appalled. I have no idea why our room was skipped.
