You should see about getting Citi to contact Experian and removing the first one (since they ran credit and never actually processed an application).
I have had them do this before.
i did .. they blew me off (not in a good way either) and told me they were in their legal rights to pull the report .. so I filed a dispute with experian that was rejected ..
oh well
