I've done both but only in J and EY wins hands down in the air - seat, food & service but EK wins on the ground(except the EK J lounge in Dubai which is a zoo and hardly a relaxing experience-it may as well be another terminal!!)
Ah how I miss the GF F lounge and F experience for the bargain price.
