I would call them at 1.800.759.6255. The call only took me about 3 minutes total. They said all is as it should be and that I will get miles for my purchase, but again, that it will take 6-8 weeks to post *after shipment* rather than date the order was placed.
SkyMall is a mess. Some people get miles ASAP and others have to wait months. That's quite a system they have there.
