Very strange.

Last evening I was offered either an e-mail or a fax of the e-ticket and itinerary. I chose fax, to my California e-fax telephone number, explaining that I was once denied entry past security because "anyone could have typed that up and e-mailed it to themself." The fax, with the "fax" look and the logos were much more convincing, at least to this person.

The agent was surprised by this, but thanked me for the info noting that it was good to have.
