I seriously doubt it, and if it would conceivably be possible, I wouldn't trust Aviapartner any further than I could throw them, which based on past experience, could potentially be pretty far, under acute circumstances.

Don't do a TP run with checked baggage at all, if you can avoid it. Then you don't have something in the system that has to be fixed if something goes wrong. Leave your checked bag at T5.
