Not sure that I agree with this. If you are sitting in one of the new lie-flat C seats, you are probably above the average international standard as far as the hard product goes. Except for the lack of personal storage space, these seats are really nice.
Now if UA would make a concentrated effort to retire the minority of clearly burned-out FA's on these runs (and improve the food/coffee offerings), they would then truly have a world class product worth paying for.
