And neither does CO, while we're on it. There are some birds running around with 2-1-2 biz class with recliner seats, no on-demand IFE, no outlets, no wifi, etc.

Just to be very clear, CO 777s are now all lie-flat seats with power, etc. What EnvoyBoy is referring to is CO's 767s which do not have any upgrading at this time (although it is written that this is coming in 2012). So I guess you have to figure out if the 777 you are on is a CO one or a UA one. (I would think that if it is out of EWR or IAH, it probably is).
