That was a bit harsh, but to paraphrase; you (Moz) are no worse off than you were before the changes. Some people will benefit from timing issues, but you have lost out
only relative to those people.
If these changes had not been made you would be in exactly the same position you are in now.
Having said that, I'm sure I read in one of the very long "New Bronze Tier" threads that BAEC were postponing this November's promotions until the 16th, but it's going to take quite a bit of tracking down to fin the post, and even then it's probably only hearsay.
It might still be worth a call to BAEC, and you might get a 600 point push towards Gold.
