In the future, avoid 777s as not even close to the whole fleet have actually been reconfigured (I've only ever been on 2 but the routes I fly are mainly 747). However, even new UA C is below international standards so if you want an experience which meets industry standards you'll have to book another airline. (not LH either)
I disagree. The hard product of the new UA C is actually good IMO and many others.
