Question AAA-BBB-CCC route. Can I handover baggage at BBB?
I am travelling by Qatar Airways from Hyderabad(India)-Washington DC and from Washington D.C to Denver by United airlines. Is it permissible to handover one baggage to my brother at Washington DC (IAD airport) ??
