Ultimately, it is our right to decide when "'nuff has been said." How do you reconcile your Donald Sutherland ads bragging about "more first class upgrades" when, behind the scenes, you are plotting to reduce FC seats on the A320s?
Will you post accurate data to replace the incorrect data that was removed from airliners.net? If not, why not? We'll see what is available when you start rolling out the modified planes. Why not share the details with us now?
Is the provision of EC seating the first step towards further restrictions on complementary UGs in 2012? If so, you should announce this now, so Sky Miles members can decide if they should stay in 2012. Waiting until mid-2012 to announce a drastic reduction in Sky Miles benefits in the form of reduced access to complementary UG's would be a cheap shot.
Can we have an open and up front conversation on these matters?

Hop off sack.
She was good to come on. No need for the prosecutorial tone.
