Shorts and sandals on a flight is planning for perfection.
Having just arrived at FRA from SFO two Thursdays ago late AM and there we were standing outside the 747 waiting for the buses to take us into the terminal.
With the temperature just above freezing and quite gusty, the T-shirted shorts and sandals flyers suddenly didn't look very smart.
I found it difficult to muster any sympathy.
