flight cancelled out of PHL. No reason given, managed to get phone answered by 1-800 Airways about 4 hours later, offered flight from EWR the next night or IAD 2 days later. We were told it was our responsibility to pay for transport to the new airport. Spend a very cold nights sleeping in the car in Walmart car park, and the day at EWR (warmer than the car) before the return home.
it was 4 years ago. Now I know better I wouldnt take it lying down again

Weather "glitch" at GIB, coach arrived within 20 mins to take us to AGP . Iberia went out of their way to be helpful at AGP for the return flight, even though they must have been working late on New years eve. arrived back at LGW only 4 hours late
