I went few years ago, 2007 to be exact. Haven't flown business before so cant compare the experience.
Issues I had were that my seat was broken. But the flight attendant and First Officer were able to fix it so that it worked. Seats are comfortable and recline is great too. No sleeping abilities but good enough. Food is same as economy but the flight attendants obviously take care of you a bit better.
On boarding at EWR you will get the hot towel treatment followed by a gift of toiletries provided. I can't recall how the Video worked but they did have something.
Not sure what else you would like to know.
Oh also, at EWR Air India uses the SAS lounge where they have some snacks and internet. Nothing great but better than nothing.
