I've read all 18 pages of this thread and want to say thanks to our old and new friends from Delta that have posted on this issue. It is nice to see you here and to know that you are listening. I welcome the addition of EC to the domestic setup. I cringe that you are removing FC seats from the A320, but I try to avoid the A319 and A320 anyway (though with the downsizing in CVG, it is often the best we get!!).

My concern is that historically Delta has always held the first row of coach for airport checking, families, disabled, etc. NW never did that. My question:

With the advent of domestic EC, will DL allow the selection of the first row of seats behind FC? Secondly, what row will they then provide for the previously stated group? The first row behind EC? DL often gave those seats at the gate with the proviso that you may be moved if a person of need asked for them. So what is the new policy for the first row (often bulkhead) seats with EC?
