That particular point may be in the midst of either A-list (rarely) or EBCI (more often) but hopefully neither as there can be a lot a family boarders. The good thing about family boarders is that they usually take whole groups of seats including middles.
Thanks for the comprehensive list. Maybe I'm just lucky, but as non-A-List and non-EBCI pax, my family and I have only gotten a B boarding pass once out of dozens of flights, and often get numbers in the A30s.
