The last one, your mobile, can be registered in a different country to the residence or home address. However I suspect that would set off warning bells in BA.
So far so good, never been a problem over x years. Nothing wrong with a European resident using a UK mobile phone for UK expats living in European. In any case, it is not compulsory to gie the mobile phone. Not everyone has one (rare but possible!). More people prefer not to give out their mobile phone numbers to avoid junk text! Nothing important comes through by text (delays occssionally but not often) so nothing wrong giving a dud European mobile phone number.
If you have to pay for something with Bremen they will also ask the address where your credit card is registered.
A UK registered credit card is to BA's benefit since they can charge you for using the credit card. No charge if it is a European credit card

It works fine on ba.com - not issues ever raised
It can be relatively easy for BAEC to work-out Euro-cheats but that does not appear to be a particular problem for BA to date - only with certain posters on this forum.
